Application, partnership, exhibition, contact, awards nomination and promoter forms may collect information you provide, including name, phone, email, organisation, role, location, public profile links, portfolio or proposal details, relationship to an artist and consent records. A person nominating an artist may also provide the artist’s phone number when they have the necessary authority or consent.
The site may record language, campaign parameters, non-PII analytics events, security information and anti-spam tokens. The chatbot may process the text you choose to send.
Connected forms are processed in the CIMFEST/Cliq Empire GoHighLevel workspace. Operational records may also be stored in authorised work tools such as Google Drive. CliqVotes manages approved campaign links and the voting stage. Cliqkets, social networks, analytics services and other external platforms apply their own terms and privacy notices.
Information is available to authorised team members and service providers who need it for festival work. A nomination does not automatically trigger artist contact, shortlisting or publication. We do not sell contact details submitted through these forms. Any voting campaign follows rules published before it opens.
We keep information for as long as needed for the stated purpose, operations and applicable obligations. Exact retention periods require approval before this notice is final. Access controls, server-side validation and anti-spam measures reduce risk, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
