CIMFEST aims to provide a welcoming environment for guests, artists, crew, vendors and partners. Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence or conduct that puts someone at risk may lead to team intervention and removal from the venue.
Follow visible instructions from festival staff, venue leads and security services. Entry checks, prohibited items, age conditions, medical procedures and re-entry rules will be confirmed in practical information published before the festival.
Use only official CIMFEST and Cliqkets links. Sale, refund, transfer and entry conditions must be confirmed by the seller before this policy is final. Times, artists, venues and activities may change; confirmed updates appear on official channels.
The festival produces photography and video in event spaces. Final rules for professional recording, accreditation, drones and commercial image use will be published before opening. Media requests should use the Media page.
